Oswaldo J. Palomo
Director of Government Relations Before joining ADS Ventures, Ozzie served as Legislative Assistant to former Congressman James T. Walsh of New York. Congressman Walsh served on the House Appropriations Committee, most recently as Ranking Member of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, Education and Related Agencies and former Chairman of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Military Construction, Veterans Affairs and Related Agencies.
On Capitol Hill, Ozzie handled a wide-ranging legislative portfolio, advising on policy and funding issues pertaining to energy, environment, commerce/trade, financial services, foreign affairs, small business, technology, and transportation. Through this experience, Ozzie assists ADS clients on devising and executing strategies in order to advance client interests before Congress and Federal Agencies.
Ozzie graduated from James Madison University with a B.A. in Political Science and Modern Foreign Language, and a minor in History. Born in Costa Rica, Ozzie is fluent in Spanish. He currently resides in Boston.
